There is no such thing as “forever”, but it is one of the most common illusions that make us suffer.

There is no pain or joy that is forever.

Understanding this, life acquire a new meaning.

Everything will eventually pass.

To work internally is to acquire permanence in the capacity to change.

Permanence viewed in this way is a lot more interesting than “forever”.

Constant change when embraced, give us reality and liberation from the tyranny of the illusory “forever”
